“Leadership” is a tricky notion—at best, it’s inspirational; at worst, eye roll-inducing. Anyone can be a leader, but “leader” is a name only given to a select few. Members of our UX writing team wanted to clarify that. The result? A set of archetypes that define and formally recognize the many ways you can show up as a leader. We think the model has something to offer other creative organizations, too.
