getting my autism diagnosis has been a life altering experience and for the past two months it’s felt like I’m seeing myself, my life, & all my experiences through an entirely different lens i haven’t really gone into much depth about it all because quite honestly, i still have yet to find the right words to convey how i’ve been feeling i also of course have a lot of fear - fear that the people in my life will feel differently about me (despite the fact that i am the same exact person as i was before i got my diagnosis), fear of how brutal the internet can be, fear of having to prove how i struggle, and the list goes on and on all of that to say though, i figured #autismawarenessmonth was a good place to start 🤍
