📍Find a comfy place & close your eyes
⭐️Bring to mind a person in your life that is REALLY EASY to love ❤️.
While focusing on that person, Repeat the below phrases
1️⃣ May you be happy
2️⃣ May you be safe
3️⃣ May you be healthy
4️⃣ May you live with ease
⭐️Now bring YOURSELF in focus — Repeat the 4️⃣ phrases
⭐️Next bring to mind someone who you have gratitude — repeat the 4️⃣ phrases
⭐️ Now someone you’ve known that you have a neutral feeling towards — repeat the 4️⃣ phrases
⭐️ Now a difficult person in your life — repeat the 4️⃣ phrases
⭐️ Lastly.... generally all people — repeat the 4️⃣ phrases
Simply exercise in intentionally calling in love towards yourself and others. The more we send love out, the more love we experience.
