Sometimes we need this reminder. I continue to reshare this post for the newly matched docs, seasoned docs, and those who are still navigating their way on the path to becoming a doctor. Many of us at some point along our journey in medicine have felt inadequate, doubtful, or scared along the way. Please know you have earned all of this. No mistakes were made. Everything happens the way it’s supposed to. You are more than capable and 💯 belong. Share with someone who could use these words.
