Croatia Re-Cap ✈️ For years, friends have been raving about Croatia, so we decided to venture over there to see why... After two years of trip delays due to COVID, we finally made it! At the recommendation of others, we booked a seven night yacht trip through @unforgettabletravelcompany - a family run luxury company who represents a variety of family owned & operated luxury yachts 🛥 in Croatia which is booked through #unforgettablecroatia We traveled from Dubrovnik > Slano > Mljet > Korcula > Vis > Hvar > Trogir > Split aboard their My Wish 18 cabin, 36 passenger ship outfitted with a hot tub, bar, work out equipment, intimate dining room, sun decks and lounge areas, and water toys 🌊🐠🪸 Our friends who live on #balboaisland traveled at the same time as us but the reverse itinerary and a slightly more upgraded ship called Memories. We now know why so many people have a love for Croatia. Welcoming friendly people, very little language barrier if at all, stunning landscape surrounded by the Adriatic Sea, beautiful buildings made of local limestone, exceptional local wines, locally farmed Mediterranean oysters (the only remaining anywhere), many dining options including several #michelinrestaurant (lots of local fish, Mediterranean and Italian food), and nightlife. We had an incredible trip, made new friends aboard the boat and with the locals.
