Overtime I've learned the best ways to hack the nervous system and am excited to share these life changing hacks with you-
1. Toning the Vagus Nerve to fight off anxiety and depression and increase the production of serotonin and dopamine through breathing, humming, singing, exercise, cold showers, and laughter. ๐ ๐ฟ
2. Getting 8-9 hours of sleep every night! ๐ค
3. Changing or maintaining a diet that works for ME, my genetic makeup and body. ๐ฅ
4.Hike or walk outdoors in nature barefoot daily. ๐
5. I always make sure I get movement or exercise in daily, specifically workouts that work best for my body type. ๐๐ปโโ๏ธ
