She re-purposes classical techniques (Ballet and Graham) towards developing one’s intuitive response to movement. Her warm-up draws on ballet to elongate deeper muscles and Graham to strengthen the head-to-tail connection. Following her warm-up, Rosario constructs movement phrases and utilizes improvisation techniques to challenge the dancer to develop their personal characteristics. Dancers are guided to develop their artistic voices through the repertoire phrase.
