This is not your average Lucky Charms Bars recipe! It uses both Rice Krispies and Lucky Charms cereal so that the flavor is heavy on the Lucky Charms front, but the texture is still light and crackly. Ingredients: - 3 tbsp unsalted butter - 1 bag mini marshmallows - 1 tsp vanilla extract - 5 cups Rice Krispies - 1 cup Lucky Charms - 1/2 cup extra Lucky Charms Marshmallows - sprinkle of flaky salt Directions: 1. In a large bowl, measure the cereal, and set aside 2. Grease a 7”x11” pan (use 9”x13” pan for thinner bars) and set aside 3. In a large pan over medium low heat, melt butter 4. Add marshmallows and vanilla and turn to medium high heat 5. Stir until marshmallows have melted, and immediately pour the mixture into the bowl of cereal 6. Coat the cereal with the warm marshmallow mixture, and transfer to greased pan 7. Sprinkle with sea salt and set aside to set for 30+ minutes 8. Cut bars, and enjoy! Let me know what you think if you try it out! #baking #recipe #ricekrispies #luckycharms #dessert #sweets #cereal #newyorkcity #stpatricksday
