The World Reimagined @twr__org, is a ground-breaking, national art education project to transform how the Transatlantic Slave Trade is understood and its lasting impact on all of us. More than 100 large-scale globes will be installed in several cities across the UK from August to October 2022, each bearing the commentary of artists and creatives both on the slave trade, as well as their past, present and future relationships with Britain. “With art, you can explore a multiplicity of dimensions – it takes in culture, history and debate. I think it’s a great platform to actually engage the public as well, because people do tend to pay more attention than they would if you had just said something.
