Here’s how: RECIPE YIELD: 8 FUDGE SQUARES Prep Time: 10 minutes Chill Time: 30 minutes INGREDIENTS 1/2 C cashew butter 5 tbsp refined melted coconut oil 1/4C full fat coconut (may substitute with oat or almond milk) 1/2C maple syrup (may substitute with any liquid sweetener) 1/3C coconut flour or 1 C almond flour 1-2 tsp vanilla extract Splash of almond extract 1/3C Rainbow Sprinkles DIRECTIONS 1) Line a large loaf pan with parchment paper and set aside. 2) In a large bowl, combine melted coconut oil and cashew nut base/butter. Stir to combine. Add maple syrup, vanilla and almond extract, and combine. Stir in coconut or almond flour. Fully combine batter before dumping into loaf pan and smoothing top. Add sprinkles if using . 3) Freeze for 20-30 minutes or until fudge has set. cut into squares.
