Day 10 had a lot of people freaking out on my yootoob. This is Gazpacho the way we had it in my hometown on the border of Matamoros MX. Gazpacho Ingredients:-2 cups concasse Tomato -1 cup roasted red bell pepper-2 tbsp pasted garlic-1/4 cup pasted jalapeño -lime juice to taste-1/2 cup olive oil-salt to tasteBrunoise everything and mix.
