A few months ago I changed up some of the vitamins & supplements I was taking (I was overwhelmed & with the help of my RD she helped me cut out about 4-6 that I could take a break from). Now I condensed it down (it may still seem like a lot, but it’s really not bad & was a alottttt more). I wanted to share what I’m taking & why in case anyone is not sure what are some that may be good for them (of course run anything by your doctor). These are currently what are working so well for me.
In the morning protein shake/iced coffee:
- Collagen (I use verisol collagen and got the trunature from Costco).
- @buoy drops for hydration (also in my water and love that they aren’t flavored)
- @tryarmra colostrum for immune support
For gut health:
@seed - loved for years
@pureencapsulations digestive enzymes
For immune support:
@pureencapsulations zinc, l-lysine
Hair growth: @glowwa
@pureencapsulations Essential Aminos for enhanced muscle growth & recovery, reduced soreness, better sleep, improved mood, & supporting skin, hair, & nail health
@pureencapsulations Magnesium Glycinate to improve sleep quality, manage stress, & supports bone health, nervous system & heart health
@pureencapsulations NAC is very strong antioxidant that boosts glutathione levels to protect cells from damage, reduce inflammation & support immune function & also helps with respiratory function
@pureencapsulations Ubiquinol supports cardiovascular function, reduces oxidative stress, & can give migraine relief
@pureencapsulations NR Longevity for increasing cellular NAD+ levels, enhancing mitochondrial function, & providing antioxidant support. It targets cellular energy production & reduces the effects of aging
@pureencapsulations Iron-C because I’m iron deficient with combining with vitamin c helps with the absorption
@pureencapsulations Lutein to help with eye health
Do you have any others I should add?!🖤
