My friend @dina_roudman , brought me to St. Stephen’s Community House to volunteer one Sunday, ...and it changed me. Chef Mike is a legit hero. We need your help in many ways. I’ll be making thank-you shout-out videos (showing where every dollar/effort goes) to every person or brand who helps us here. I’m dedicating Wednesdays (Doctors Day & kitchen delivery day) to helping Chef Mike cook and serve 150+ homeless and life-insecure people. Any and all donations will go directly to him and a small team of volunteers who work at this, (roughest) soup kitchen and community house in the city - operating at 8% below the lowest bracket with continual government funding and program cuts. All trying to do something, with almost nothing. And I’ll be putting in the work myself to ensure some change and betterment here. Please help me, help here.
