Cheers J Bay 🍻This year has been quite a roller coaster ride🎢. consistency hasn’t been easy. As long as I’m putting forth my best effort I know I will get there. I am now 5th on the @wsl leader board and the last guy making the Final 5 with one event to go. The ratings board has gotten really tight and Tahiti will be a test of performing under pressure. I am excited for this moment for the reason that my mind does strange things and this will challenge my presence. Challenges are an opportunity for us to figure ourselves out on an even deeper level. So ultimately we can achieve pure ecstasy. If I am not able to see my negative thoughts simply for funny thoughts and nothing more. I will be doomed. I must look at the big picture of my life and realize that this final 5 and world Title isn’t the end all be all. It won’t make me any happier. It doesn’t define me. With that being said I set out on this journey sense the day I decided to become a competitive surfer and I Want to prove to myself that I can achieve my dreams. whether it’s this year or next or how ever long, I will never give up the quest 🌠 📸 @haydengarfield_ 🎥 @wsl
