🇰🇷Cashew creamy noodles/ gochujang shrimps! Hi Everyone, here's another noodle recipe to get you and your family drooling for more! 😋 I recreated my own Korean sesame seed noodle recipe with cashews and paired it with a gochujang grilled shrimp recipe! Results came out surprisingly good, this makes a great dinner idea for any mood you may be in! l haven't been posting as often as I wanted. Kids out of School for the summer, and so much to do around the house. But I'll continue to share my recipes as much as I can. I hope you are all enjoying the summer with your loved ones! Thank you, Enjoy! 🙋🏻‍♀️❤️ ✅Ingredients in the comments ✅ Ingredients 🥜cashew- soak the cashew in hot water for 10 minutes and drain. 🥜Cucumber brine juice - Use a mandolin to cut the English cucumbers thinly, sprinkle 3/4 tbsp of salt, and gently mix well. Let it sit for a few minutes to make brine juice. ( it should be enough, about 3/4 cup of cucumber juice ) 🥜 in a food processor, combine the soaked cashews, onion, ginger, garlic, red pepper flakes, black sesame seeds, 1 tbsp of sesame oil, lemon juice, honey, mirin, and cucumber juice blend into a puree. 🥜shrimp- combine the sauce ingredients in a bowl and mix well; marinate the shrimp with lemon juice and cooking oil, heat the pan over medium-high heat, and sear them on both sides until cooked, about 1-2 minutes per side. Reduce heat to low; pour the sauce over the cooked shrimp and give it a quick mix for about a minute. 🥜Noodles- cook the dried brown rice udon in boiling water for 10 minutes. ( follow the package instructions ) drain, rinse with running cold water, and strain; combine the cucumber, thinly sliced bell pepper, red onion, and cashew mixture.
