We're proud to let you know that we have built a partnership with our local food bank, the @trusselltrust in Borehamwood, who will be coming to Home Farm Glamping on a weekly basis to collect food waste left by our guests. For a while, Jess and Alice have been trying to find ways of distributing the food that's left at Home Farm Glamping and since committing to the UN's @theglobalgoals we want to ensure that we are doing what we can to reduce food poverty. We understand our guests want to come fully prepared for their glamping experience but want to ensure that those three-quarter-full bottles of Ketchup, spare limes, even boxes of eggs where only two have been used are going to a good home. While food banks typically require donations of dry store goods, the fresh food left on site will be a welcome extra to add to food parcels.
