1️⃣set your clothes out that night whether you’re going to workout or you’re going to chill and read, set some clothes out to change into. even if you’re having a slow morning journaling, changing into clothes will wake ya up! 2️⃣write a schedule for your morning i know this sounds silly, but if you plan out what you want to do, you’re going to get into a routine of what works for you. it might take some trial and error but eventually, you’ll find out what your best morning consists of and you’re more likely to do it if you write it down. i usually schedule out by 30 min blocks. 3️⃣put your alarm across the room this will help us not hit snooze and forget that ya did. 🤪🤪 it’ll make you get up and actually turn it off! 4️⃣put your phone away!!!! i know... this one is hard and i am soooo guilty of scrolling on my phone before bed. but YOUVE got to put it away. at least 30 min before you want to be sleeping. it makes a difference! 5️⃣ease into it! change takes time and a huge shift in your wake up time will be an adjustment. so don’t set yourself up for failure by trying to wake up 3 hours earlier on day 1. start by 15 or 30 min increments until you get to a good time. 🥰 i hope that was helpful!!! #runningmotivation #duathlon #triathlontraining #hybridathlete #canthurtme #runninglife #runningday #sunriserun #morningvlog #vlog #10krun #10krunner #morningroutine #morningmotivation #morninginspiration #morningworkout
