I'm your girl Zainab Sheriff, The time has come for us to elect a female as president.#womanforpresident Now is the time for us to elect a woman as president of the Republic of Sierra Leone 🇸🇱. Since Sierra Leone gained independence it has been 62 years and we have not seen a female leader. We've never even got to see a female vice president, but this is our time. Time has come for the men to support us as we have supported them all these years. We have entrusted the well-being of our Country and our families to the male folks of this country for 62 years. We are therefore asking our political party leaders to consider this proposal and present us with a list of female candidates that we can choose from and elect to be the next president and vice president of the Republic of Sierra leone 🇸🇱. We want to give women the chance to take the leading seat and help make Sierra Leone a better place for us all. It is a dream we are urging our men to make a reality. We simply ask of them to respect us, to rely on us, to trust us, to have the confidence that a woman of Sierra Leone can be a great leader. This is not a gender issue. We the people of Sierra Leone must look out for our country's best interest. It only makes sense to change the game and the usual way of doing things. What change is more visible than getting a woman as the next president? Our political party leaders, we urge you to give us a woman as a presidential candidate and let us do the rest 🦄.
