🇰🇷pineapple watercress kimchi! I hope everyone is having an excellent start to their week. Summer Time is always a great season to experiment with diverging flavors and to enjoy refreshing and delicious food with your loved one! 😍If you’ve been following me for some time, you know I love to create and try new things, 😁and I can’t deny this recipe is one of the best and easiest banchan I've ever made! 👍It's the perfect summer side addition to any meal! This dish pairs amazingly with grilled salmon or seafood. 🙋🏻♀️ Enjoy everyone!
Ingredients
1 pineapple
1 bunch of watercress
1 thinly sliced fresh chili pepper
Sauce
1 1/2 tbsp gochugaru
1 scallion
1/4 small onion
1 tbsp soy sauce
2 tbsp rice vinegar
1 lemon juice
2 tbsp oligodang
1 tsp shrimp fermented
2 garlic cloves
1 tbsp fresh ginger
1 tap sesame seeds
1 fresh chili pepper
Instructions
🍍peel the pineapple and chop it into bite-sized. Trim the thick stalks from the watercress to get rid of bitterness and tear them into small pieces.
🍍in a food processor, combine the sauce ingredients and blend well.
🍍toss the pineapple, watercress, sliced fresh chill pepper, and prepared sauce in a bowl. Gently hand mix well until incorporated together. .
