Johann left us in this physical plain in June 2021 suddenly right as the world was beginning to open up. It was a mixed bag of emotions dealing with death right as I began playing shows again, such a mixture of highs and lows. Johann was a pioneer in the Oxnard, CA hip hop scene in the 90’s, hosting acts like Dr. Dre and other hip hop legends. It was only right to give his honor back into music one more time in a space he will live on forever. Life is a rollercoaster and you never know when someone’s time is up. Unfortunately since Johann has left this physical realm there have been numerous people in my life that have joined him in the stars, so this track not only goes out to him, but all of the fallen angels that are so dear to our hearts. Rest in paradise Johann & all of the amazing souls we have lost this year. Cherish every moment you have, please take care of yourself, and try to make light out of darkness. Live n Love’ 🖤
