@usefulschooldotcom is a pay-what-you-can online design school for people of colour! Conceived by creative industry veteran Ritesh Gupta, the duo of 10-week courses (one for beginners and one for advanced designers) uniquely puts the POC experience front and centre. Everything down to the typefaces used on its website is by people of colour. @motherdesign has signed up as the school's first sponsor, providing subsidies, compensating instructors and covering critical expenses in order to make this all a reality.
