Here is your body weight workout:
-30 seconds of work/ 10 seconds of rest for each exercise or 1 minute if you are up for the challenge!
-jog in place
-jumping jacks
-push ups
-prisoner squats
-torpedos
-alternating reverse lunges
-burpees (add jump & push up)
-alternating side/side squats
- 1 min plank (increase hold time)
(3-5 rounds)
