It’s hard to sum up the feelings of an ultra race - yesterday I felt like I lived a whole life out there - but one emotion describes it quite nicely- grateful 😊 . I’m grateful for a healthy body - one which was broken at the beginning of this season - we worked hard to get to this start line! I’m grateful for the support of my amazing team - my coach @coachadamstpierre for believing in me, @maxx_chance for supporting me and keeping me fed all day, my sports psychologist @julieemmerman teaching me to stay focused under pressure, and all my friends and family sending me their support. Ultra running might be a solo activity but it takes such a team effort 🤗 .
