1️⃣ pull downs 4 sets - increased weights, as I dropped sets
2️⃣ lateral raises 3 sets (tip— keep a slight band in the elbow, focus on quality and the eccentric from top to bottom)
3️⃣ superset 3 sets: tricep ext (contract your tris!) into overhead tricep extensions
4️⃣ superset 3 sets: bicep curls into commandos
