I’m riding first generation urethane wheels with loose ball bearings, roller skate trucks and flat narrow boards in all of these clips except the final few. The turns we were able to do on those simple boards and wheels and the speed we were able to generate blows my mind and it reminds me that turning a board properly and generating speed effectively can be as profound as performing the most complex maneuvers, it’s all connected.
