🇰🇷🇲🇽 kimchi salsa/ sweet potato chips! I was recently blown away by this amazing tasting salsa at a local Mexican restaurant and it inspired me to try and create a salsa with a Korean twist aka with Kimchi of course. 😊 It turned out pretty darn good, although my picky partner hesitated to try this unusual salsa for the first time, but it was hard to resist after his first bite. 👍 as Koreans, we loved to eat steamed potatoes with kimchi or dongchimi ( Korean mul kimchi ) together from back home in Korea. I wanted to pair the salsa with fresh sweet potatoes chips instead of tortilla chips and the pairing was a bit.
