My Birth Story • I was terrified of labor during pregnancy. I had so many fears and “what if’s” that continually occupied my brain for the months before, but I share my story in hopes of encouraging others. Regardless of how someone chooses to have their birth and even if it doesn’t go according to your plan, it can be the most empowering and joy filled experience of your life. I’m so deeply grateful for how everything went, even though it didn’t go according to any “plan”.
