My Dad. Today was inducted into the @richland.one school district Hall of Fame. This is South Carolina School district he grew up in. The School District that raised him and his 6th HOF induction, as he states, the most important. A Colored Boy who grew up in the segregated south. Everything against him. And still transcended because of his the many teachers who pushed him to dream, explore , and READ. I am so proud of my Dad. Here is his induction speech from today where he recognizes all of his teacher. Teachers are so very important. They shape ALL OF US. Love you Dad.
