Couple weeks ago, I released an EP called “nathanie was here <3”. This whole project is about how we put on faces and create brands for ourselves to be remembered and desired by others. In the videos and maybe even the music, I projected a version of myself that I felt was the most digestible and reflected the “fastness” of media, love, etc. I haven’t had the time to talk or think about this EP because the rest of my life had been a whirlwind. But in the project, I speak on pain, grief, letting go, money, and love. I hope you take sometime to listen, slow down and reflect on the nuances you’ve been ignoring in your life. Because I sure need to do that! I haven’t been able to write much music because I’ve been doing a lot of evolving and learning - so it’s been hard to be honest with myself about my feelings and state of mind. But I’ve been finally getting back into it.
