A reflection point. I feel very grateful for the mindset I’ve got, where the whole point of opening a business was to create a place where life comes first for everyone who works with us, And our goals don’t even come into the question. Not once in 5 years, have me and Tom sat down to discuss how much we want to earn, how many shops we want to have or where we want to take the brand... It’s always been about creating something for other people first. A true selfless approach to opening, operating and growing a business.
