#peopleofpeoplekind ❤️ @stylemeupwithsakshi Praachi and I met about a year and a half back when I was in desperate need of a manager. I had spoken to so many agencies and so many potential managers, and I was this close to signing with another agency because they filled in all the check- boxes for me. But when I spoke to Praachi, I hardly knew much about Peoplekind, I just knew about Praachi Kapse, but when I spoke to her, I remember feeling “Oh, this is it!” And I don’t know what caused that feeling, maybe it was destiny or maybe it was just that energies matched, but something clicked. I knew that for me- my brand, my business, my page, could be handed over to this person, that she was the right candidate in terms of responsibility and passion, because it just felt that “she knows”.. she knows the passion, I saw the passion in her eyes, in her voice. My gut told me that she was the one. It inspired me so much that she had done so much with her agency in such a short time. Dipti, came as a package deal with Praachi and both of these girls have become such an important part of my life. I talk to them the most, Dipti is such a consistent relationship. I don’t have the words to describe what I feel for them, I just want to thank them for understanding my vision and my passion and for taking care of my dreams and my brainchild. They have always steered me towards the right direction, Praachi would always give such an unbiased opinion of any situation even if it meant selfless work hours. I know she really really really cares for all her clients. I can say this for sure that she gets her clients more than anybody else. Her work ethic and her mind are so rock solid. She is an excellent businesswoman, she does not allow too many people to be let in, let in to see her vulnerable side, her sensitive side. But she has allowed me to see that, and I feel so honoured that she let me see some parts of it. Her real side, relatable side, makes her so much more inspiring, and I guess that’s what makes Peoplekind more human than just another agency or just another business venture. It’s a family
