Started producing this record in Eugene, Oregon with @ehrenebbage and @lizzymcalpine in a tiny Airbnb on January 15th, 2021 – delivered the last mix from my studio in LA on January 7th, 2022. What an immense journey. I cannot express enough gratitude to Lizzy, Ehren, @swfbailey and @talozz for the quality of their partnership in the pursuit of the music, and for their patience with me as I descended into utterly and completely neurotic obsession over these songs over, and over again. I am so unbelievably proud of Lizzy for the way she continues to grow as a songwriter, musician, and creative visionary. Lizzy, working with you continues to shape me as a person and musician in ways that I never would’ve expected, and I am so grateful for the experience of being your partner on this.
