New year, same me but just focusing on some new things ✨ Each year I like to choose one thing to be mindful of and to make a conscious effort of working on! Last year (2022) I had a focus of time and energy spent with friends and family which I felt took a back seat in 2021. This year is all about a few SMALL THINGS, thanks to the combo of inspo from @gymshark 66 challenge and the book atomic habits! Working on small habits aka atomic habits *currently reading*, builds up to big changes by creating daily habitual practices over a long periods of time. The more you do it, the less you think about it and the more it’s just a general part of your life 🙌🏼 Here are a few small goals of mine that are now daily habits: - making my bed everyday - consistent skincare & haircare routine - warm ups before workouts and cool downs after - reading before bed Small goals of 2023: - schedule in handstand & gym play weekly - reduce & reuse, minimise consumption and waste - start DIY’ing what I can to reduce spending Write out a list of what yours are and get to work! ❤️
