💬📚LET’s WORKSHOP (comment below) : I think one of the biggest things we need to learn moving forward is apology becoming easier and more genuine. I hate knee jerk apologies and ones that don’t measure up. I’ve heard a lot of them. I love accountability that’s feels like learning on both ends. What are your sorry do’s and don’t’s?
