75 Soft is over! 🥂 (swipe for progress photos) For 75 days, I: -Drank 3 Liters of water -Did a 45 minute workout 6 days a week -Stuck to a diet (1600 Calorie Deficit) -Read 10 pages each day of any book (Paris Hilton’s Memoir, Harry Potter & the Sorcerer’s Stone, and half of Chamber of Secrets) -No alcohol unless it was a social occasion I had a feeling the scale wasn’t going to change, but I still pushed through just to prove I could actually stick to something without quitting once I got bored. (Adhd problems) Thanks to my supportive friends and husband for helping me get through this, even if it’s just going to the gym with me for some company lol. @3times_thecharm @neriahqueeen @patriciaa.bustoss
