You have to add @sullivancatskills to your New York Bucket List! 🏕❤️ @sullivancatskills was kind enough to host my boyfriend and I for 3 days last week, and we fell in love with this beautiful county. We spent the first two nights in the gorgeous Luxury Lodge Tent in @roscoecampsitepark. This is next level glamping! The spacious tent features the comfiest king-sized bed, reading area, bunk beds, a kitchenette + dining area, and a private bathroom with a clawfoot bathtub 🛁. I loved ending the day with a bubble bath while listening to the rain fall on our tent! 🏕 We then got to spend a night in @catskillwagonoutpost, which was the coolest experience. You get to sleep in a old-time prairie wagon and it really felt like we were transported back to the old west (while enjoying modern amenities). There are tons of great dining options in @sullivancatskills - we had dinner at @thearnoldhouse , @the_yarrany , and @roscoebeercompany. All meals were incredible and I highly suggest you eat at one - or all - of these restaurants when you visit.
