Over 250lbs total lost together, but we didn’t do this for looks. We did this to take back our health, to break generational cycles, to show our kids what commitment looks like, and to give each other the best version of US! Not sure who needed to hear this, but weightloss isn’t about a number. The scale can’t measure the strength it takes to change...The scale shows pounds, but the journey shows power! We now share our before and after transformation pictures in order to remind ourselves how far we’ve come, but also to hopefully inspire others! We had to change our mindset first, but meal prepping, working out, fasting, and VSG have all been additional tools that have helped us along our weightloss journey!
