Here are a few of my fav ab exercises. I target mainly the lower abs with the upper abs being the easiest to hit.

Lower abs are generally the weakest along with the pelvic floor.. we are lucky women đź’•

Also, I do mainly body weight exercises for abs as my goal is to have defined abs but not bulky. Flat defined 6 pack.

I do oblique work with plank twists however I’m super careful when I do compound lifts bc I do not want super bulky obliques.

My goal is to strength my anterior serratus which helps with scapular flaring and shoulder stability. Again more twists and variations will accomplish this.

This is my personal goal. I’ve been doing body weight abs since I was 12 years old. This was the first thing I started doing aside from sports in a “gym environment”
