Here are a few of my fav ab exercises. I target mainly the lower abs with the upper abs being the easiest to hit. . Lower abs are generally the weakest along with the pelvic floor.. we are lucky women 💕 . Also, I do mainly body weight exercises for abs as my goal is to have defined abs but not bulky. Flat defined 6 pack. . I do oblique work with plank twists however I’m super careful when I do compound lifts bc I do not want super bulky obliques. . My goal is to strength my anterior serratus which helps with scapular flaring and shoulder stability. Again more twists and variations will accomplish this. . This is my personal goal. I’ve been doing body weight abs since I was 12 years old.
