4 movies, 2 shows, 1⁄3 of a book, and too many bags of chips later... I’m finally done with bed rest! 🥳 I was pretty restless as I wasn’t used to staying in bed all day, but I know it was what my body needed to grow this baby. Thank you @jeremytokitu for holding down the fort while I was laying around like a whale! Now I just have a few days of couch rest before I can leave the house. My doctor also said to avoid exercise, caffeine, alcohol, elevating my body tepmerature like a hot bath, and a list of foods such as high mercury fish, deli meats, and raw foods. Every doctor has a different post transfer protocol. Mine has a strict 3 days of bed rest with 2 or 4 days of couch rest after. What was yours?
