Mother’s Day.... ....it’s not an easy and beautiful day for all, it can be a heartbreaking and complex one and for those that have those feelings today, my heart goes out to you all with all my love. Life is not a linear line, it has bumps and it has dips. There is hard and there is beauty and there is chaos and there is calm. Whatever you are going through, I do hope you have the support and safety around you to go thru it in a way that allows your heart to find some peace, love and to feel what you need to feel. I see you. 🤍 For those that are finding the joy in today, I see you, too. And while we might all feel like we need different things on this day that is a tribute to mamas; whether to be glued to our littles or to take a few moments away for ourselves before more snuggles and squishes; each mamas journey is their own and I hope you are finding what feels best for you. I put out a little newsletter to recap a few of the ways that we can be mamas and a few photos here to lure you in and if you’d like, hop on over to my blog to see the full sessions from a few maternity sessions, motherhood sessions, newborn and even family sessions. Being able to make a career out of capturing these milestone is quite the honour and delight. And to Oscar, thanks for making me a mama. You, my little turkey are the love of my life and although you challenge every day, and keep me up most nights now for the past almost 4 years (mama’s tired), I couldn’t imagine my life without you and all the love you bring to my heart. And to Anthony, thank you for doing this parenthood thing with me (even though its totally shaken our lives up lol), for breakfast in bed, for endless coffees and you know ;) And to you mamas, thanks for making this community such an empowering and beautiful supportive one; especially here on ig. You know who you are. 🫶🏻
