I’m so glad IMMORTALITY is finally out so I can share all the sets we did! (there were A LOT) One of the main reasons I took on the project, was the opportunity to build classic golden-era Hollywood sets. We started with a black canvas at Laurel Canyon Stages for the “Ambrosio” section of the game, which was based off “The Monk” and inspired by such films as “Black Narcissus” and “The Devils” So there was an extra layer of not just building Spanish Monastery sets, but sets that also read as 1968 studio sets.
