My first kimchi memory is going to a kimchi festival with my mom as a kid and all I could think about was putting kimchi on top of a burger. #ad I can confirm, it’s delicious, and since then, I’ve found ways to incorporate kimchi in some of my other favorite dishes. I give you, Kimchi & Ham Puff Pastry Rolls, with my favorite @jongga_global kimchi. These Kimchi & Ham Puff Pastry Rolls are loaded with flavor and not just from the kimchi, but from the caramelized onions, gruyere cheese, and not to mention the honey mustard dipping sauce.
