I often have clients start with me and tell me “I can’t eat this much I am so full” And I have them in a 20% deficit most definitely eating LESS than they were before. The difference? They are focusing on more whole foods, more protein & more fibre. All of which will most definitely keep you fuller for longer and more satisfied. So can you eat “more” and lose weight, most definitely. But you gotta be smart about it 😉 A lot of people will grab a coffee & muffins for breakfast, not eat all day and then smash McDonald’s or something on the way home ...
