Le Rosé 2021 from @closdesb 90% Grenache & 10% Cinsault from vines planted on quartz in the gulf of St.Tropez. After being harvested by hand both varieties are de-stemmed and pressed together. Fermentation and ageing takes place in stainless steel and the finished wine is bottled without the addition of sulphur. Everything it should be, a saviour for days in the summer sun, standing alone, without additions in the surrounding sea of high interference Provence pink. Available now.
