Celebrating Black History Month UK, we are excited to share London-based Jamaican global award-winning hairstylist Cyndia Harvey (@cyndiaharvey)’s new hairline brand T.H.O.M (@thishairofmine) which is at the centre of providing innovative, elevated self-care rituals that has been missing in Black hair while. . The brand new haircare line is a collaborative effort by Cyndia Harvey and British-Nigerian artist friend Remi Ajani (@remiajani) which debuted in May 2022 with a plant-based Scalp Serum designed to revive and detoxify the hair. The project originally began in 2016 as filmic visual produced by director Akinola Davies Jr which celebrated the African diaspora and created a thought-provoking conversation around the deep ancestral connection to Black hair and identity. . ‘Through luxurious rituals T.H.O.M. will reinvent our self-care practice with intelligent solutions that are nothing short of exceptional’ says the brand.
