Episode 7 Master Healthly Habits?!! Entering the New year me myself & I, Quit some really hard habits and joined a gym again for the first time in 7 months. I’ve said it once i’ll say it again, do not just CUT something out, be that smoking - unhealthy eating losing weight or toning up NO!? Habits can’t be replaced but can be swapped, they can’t be forgotten. It’s how you deal with replacing an old habit with a new one.
