one of those sessions where the light weight feels like heavy weight and the heavy weight feels like extra heavy weight,
what do you do?
I mean 1st I asses the “why”... there’s almost always an easy answer for extreme fatigue
For me:
1. Didn’t get good sleep
2. Training after a long day of work
3. Hadn’t ate since lunch and it was 8pm
4. Body/mind were run down from the prior week
5. Periods about to start
Having a list like that is helpful
For you: if you’re sore all the time, or extremely fatigued, your sessions aren’t progressing:
You might be overdoing it, or you could be too inconsistent with movements 🤨
2nd thing is to actually listen to your body, but to do that you’ve gotta actually learn what it’s saying and why it’s saying that🤨 got it?
Anyways this was a great session for me but I did chip off a few sets and movements. That’s fine. I knew I needed that.
