November 2nd - World Fertility Day⁣⁣ ⁣⁣ I have decided to share these private moments we captured as a family. Originally in hopes to look back one day and be proud of ourselves, & the steps we took to grow our family. It is something I never thought I would share but as I near the end of my third trimester I figured it was part of our story and although after 3 failed IUI’s and finally accepting fate with IVF we got pregnant naturally when we least expected it! Our greatest takeaway is everyone’s journey is different and you never know what people are going through! Infertility is an isolating, time consuming & emotionally draining experience with what seems like an endless waiting game. To anyone going through it, know you are not alone. Take it one day at a time and cherish the experience with your partner. Don’t wish the days away. We are stronger because of our journey. I’m lucky to have a partner that did what he could to make each injection less scary and painful. Laughter cures all things.
