Inspired by a sip I enjoyed at @legalseafoods in Boston (which very suddenly got me feeling like sending stupid selfies to my friend), this quick drink involves no shaker and just four ingredients from your bar cart: Aperol, sparkling rosé, a splash of apple cider, and a cap of fizzy ginger beer.
