As part of Sport Relief, @jowhiley and her @bbcradio2 teammates, @revkatebottley and @iamrichieanderson , took on a demanding 3 day triathlon challenge across 3 UK cities. They swam in cold open water, cycled up hills, and pounded the pavement in their running shoes. There were ups and down, tears and joy, and moments of pure elation. The team completed their challenge live in the Sport Relief TV studio on Friday night and we’re so proud of what they achieved.
